Pulling off the surprise.
How do we keep the surprise until the last moment?
The address, 2 rue des Anglais, reveals nothing: no sign, just a street-side bookcase. You give a false pretext (a dinner, a fake birthday elsewhere), and the guest of honour discovers the real scene as they push the door.
How do you handle staggered arrivals?
We handle it. Briefing beforehand (guest list, staggered arrival times, day-of cue). When the guest of honour arrives, everything is in place: guests already inside, lights, music, team in position.
What's the capacity?
30 to 150 guests. For an intimate surprise, 40-60 works well (one room only). Above that, the format shifts to cocktail dinner + dancefloor.
Can we bring a cake or our own caterer?
Yes to both. The birthday cake is brought freely (fridge available). For the caterer, no commission, no entry fee, your caterer does a site visit beforehand, or you choose one of our four partners.
Can we project a memory video?
Yes. 3,000-lumen projector, 1.70 × 1.70 m screen, wireless mic for speeches. You project photos, videos, messages, everything goes on the big screen.
Until what time?
Until 6 a.m., legal late-night licence. Every day of the year.
