Can we host a seated dinner?
For a traditional seated dinner, the venue isn't ideal, the space is designed for cocktail dinner and dancefloor. The seated configuration holds up to 60 in an extended high-table setup; beyond that, we shift to cocktail format.
Does the venue work for a calmer 40th, less wild than a 25th?
Yes. The atmosphere is dial-able, we lower the volume, adjust the lighting, stretch the cocktail portion. The ventilated smoking lounge becomes a conversation room. Tempo can lift later for those who want to dance.
Can we give a speech or run a slideshow?
Yes. 3,000-lumen projector, 1.70 × 1.70 m screen, wireless mic, sound calibrated for both speeches and the dancefloor. Project photos, videos, anything you want.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes, no commission. Site visit with your caterer beforehand. Equipped kitchen (pro oven, fridges, glasswasher), glassware included. Or four partner caterers: Calixir, Laboratoire C, Les Foodelles, Cul de Poule.
What's the typical format for a 40th or 50th?
Most common: cocktail dinner from 7 to 10 p.m., then dancefloor until 4-5 a.m. But nothing's imposed, we adapt to the rhythm you want.
How many guests works best?
Between 60 and 120 the venue gives its best. At 30, the speakeasy atmosphere dominates; at 150, it's the dancefloor that takes over. All formats work.
