Locking in your corporate event.

What event formats are possible?

Cocktail dinner (30-90 guests), product launch with keynote + dancefloor (up to 150), extended afterwork, VIP client party, year-end, seminar continuing into the evening. We compose the format around your brief.

Can we run a keynote or product presentation?

Yes. 3,000-lumen projector, 1.70 × 1.70 m screen, two wireless mics, sound system calibrated for speeches. The switch from presentation to cocktails happens in five minutes, no break.

Can you issue a VAT-compliant invoice?

Yes. Detailed quote within 24 hours, VAT-compliant invoice, bank details and SIRET provided. Single point of contact from brief to event day: Arnaud Préville. Payment by transfer, card or cheque.

Can we brand the venue?

Yes, within the venue's spirit: photobooth styling, signage, logo projection, welcome totem, badges. Heavy installations (giant printed banners, full scenography) are best avoided, the venue carries itself.

Maximum capacity?

150 guests in dancefloor configuration, around 100 for a comfortable cocktail dinner. Below 30, the venue's character still works but we adjust the format.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Yes, no commission. The caterer does a site visit beforehand (equipped kitchen with pro oven, fridges, glasswasher, glassware included). Or four tested partners: Calixir, Laboratoire C, Les Foodelles, Cul de Poule.

Access for travelling guests?

Métro Maubert-Mutualité (line 10) 150 m away, RER B/C Saint-Michel 350 m, Lagrange-Maubert car park 50 m. 5 min walk from the Sorbonne and Notre-Dame.

How late can we go?

6 a.m., every day of the year, legal late-night licence.
