How do you handle alcohol when minors are present?
The bar is staffed by our professional bartenders. They serve at a measured pace, refuse visibly intoxicated guests, and tailor the drinks package to the group.
Is security really on the floor?
Yes. One or two security agents are included for the full duration, depending on group size, not a bouncer who shows up at the door and disappears by midnight. CCTV, evacuation alarm, and a team that handles incidents calmly.
Can guests step out and come back?
No. For 18th birthday parties, leaving is final. The security agents control entries, no off-list guests, and a guest who leaves the venue cannot come back in.
What if the party gets out of hand?
The on-site team handles it. Measured bar, dedicated agents, and 500+ private events of experience since 2018. We stay in direct contact with you (organising parent) if anything escalates.
What's the capacity?
30 to 150 guests. The main room holds 100 comfortably in dancing config, up to 150 with full use of the smoking lounge, mezzanine and bar.
How much does it cost?
Price depends on day of week, season and the open-bar package chosen. We tailor the quote to your guest count and preferences. Detailed quote within 24 hours, no commitment.
How late can we stay?
Until 6 a.m., legal late-night licence, every day of the year. Most 18th-birthday parties wrap between 3 and 5 a.m. depending on the group's energy.
